Who I am
I excel at leading teams through ambiguous zero-to-one design challenges. My customer-obsessed mindset and broad range of industry experience enables me to help businesses identify the right opportunities and execute against them using a think big, start small, learn fast playbook. I have over twelve years of design experience and have spent the last few years hiring, managing and developing high impact design teams.
As a UX leader, I strive to be a servant leader who fosters environments of mutual trust and psychological safety. I believe product development is a team sport. I include others in the human centered design process and make design artifacts engaging & approachable for everyone.
As a product designer, I specialize in UX strategy and new product definition. I believe it takes both identifying the right problem, as well as meticulously crafting the right solution to be successful.
